Post subject:  SANDWICH AND OTHERS FOODS

Food Glorious food,

One for every one. Particularily if you are trying to impress some one with out them thinking you went to any effort.
The good ol' BLT with a twist.
Grill the rashers( for crispiness) approx 3 mins each side depends on thickness of rasher.(set to one side, keep warm ie: on plate over grill or in oven)

Toast the bread , one side only under the grill.
Butter toast add the MAYO and just add the tiniest touch of English Mustard(depending on taste). Gives it a Kick. little lettuce.
Make sure to season your sliced tomatoes with salt and BLACK pepper. I gaurentee it will please.

Guiness Cocktai
A brilliant cocktail sounds Irish but originates from the Carribean. A Jamaican friend gave me the recipe.

1 bottle guiness
1 can condensed milk
250 ml milk
as much white rum as you like ( about 6 shots for taste)( serves 6)

ground nut meg

pour all the ingredients into a blender
and then serve with the ground nut meg

A wonderful recipe: you don't have to like guiness it tastes more like baileys but not so sweet. So you don't have to be an avid baileys fan either!

real tasty!
