woke up this morning with the worst hangover i've had in ages. we went out in townsville last night and boy did i pay the price this morning. went to a pub called the brewery, brews it own beer, and tried at least one of each of them. while we were there we got talking to four lunatics out of the oz army. crazy fuckers. one lad's party piece was skulling a double whiskey and coke while standing on his head, had to be seen to be believed. from there we went onto coyote ugly for a crack at the mechanical bull before heading to the mad cow for way too much beer. fell in the door after four, woke up at six after passign out in me clothes lying upside down in me bed. which made today even more fun, as we went to magnetic island for the day. by ferry. ferries and hangovers do not mix. anyone who went to oakwood a few years ago will know my sea legs are not the greatest, was rough as a bears arse getting off the boat. the island itself is cool over there, pity we had to come back as they were having a full moon party on the beach there tonight. still a quiet night in won't do me any harm tonight, as we're heading for airlie beach on the bus tomorrow, hoping to meet up with the graiguenamanagh contingent down there. |
