An idea i had today to revelutionise the catering industry, by combining food & drink, into one single entity, the beer sandwich. Just have to come up with some type of extra absorbant bread baking method. You could have an enire night out in one serving, i'll have a 15pints of heineken and snack box with curry sauce sandwich please.

poitin bread does exactly what it says on the tin, just one flavour. beer sandwiches however, loads of different possibilities there. you could walk into and o'briens sandwich bar and ask for a triple decker large bottle of smithwicks of the shelf sandwich please. |

Give me a DutchGold on rye, a six-pack of Amstel on wholemeal, cut the crusts off, and a Large Bottle Bulmers ciabatta, and a cappuccino for Ninger!! |
